This is the ODIS-I robot, developed at CSOIS when I was the director. The 4th  generation of this robot, the ODIS-T2 has been commercialized and is now being manufactured by Kuchera Defense Systems. ODIS, which was funded by the US Army Tank-Automotive Command (TACOM), is used for under-vehicle inspection at security checkpoints.  On the poster in the background are other robots developed while I was at USU, including autonomous tractors, which were further developed by the CSOIS spin-off company Autonomous Solutions, Inc.
